Job Title: Insurance Client Director - Corporate

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Client Director to join our Corporate team in Manchester, UK. As a key member of our National team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, identifying their risk needs, and delivering profitable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client relationships and expectations, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to meet client needs and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client service and drive revenue growth.
  • Lead and develop a team of Client Managers, providing coaching and mentoring to ensure their success.
  • Contribute to the development of business strategy and drive innovation within the Corporate team.
Requirements:
  • FCII/ACII or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven track record in developing relationships and working with senior individuals within the organization.
  • Strong technical knowledge of risk management concepts and commercial insurance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
