Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Collections Advisor to join our team at MarkJames Search Ltd. As a Collections Advisor, you will be responsible for managing the transition of tenancies for commercial properties, ensuring a seamless process for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and complete change of tenancies for commercial properties
- Optimize workflow to meet productivity targets
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries regarding tenancy transitions
- Conduct outbound calls to gather necessary information and update customer accounts
- Send and manage information requests to customers
Requirements:
- Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in internal billing systems and standard software applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong initiative and time management skills
- Professional and engaging communication style, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and strong accuracy in all tasks
