We're seeking a talented Graduate HR Analytics professional to join our dynamic team at Avis Budget Group. As a key member of our HR Analytics team, you'll play a pivotal role in uncovering valuable insights from HR data, driving business decisions, and advancing your career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manipulate and integrate data from various sources, with a focus on automating processes.
  • Collaborate with the HR Data and Analytics Manager to analyze data across all areas of core HR data and provide recommendations and solutions.
  • Analyze HR data and create data-driven, insightful reports in Tableau & Power BI to support strategic and operational HR and business decisions.
  • Deliver high-quality quantitative analysis to support your recommendations.

Requirements:

  • A degree in a business or analytical-related subject is beneficial.
  • Any internship or professional experience in analytical roles would be highly valued.
  • Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and the capability to work independently and within a team.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • SQL skills would be advantageous.
  • Experience in front-end data visualization development using tools like Power BI, Qlik Sense, Tableau, and Python.
  • Proficiency in English.
