Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a skilled Administrator to join their Compliance team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for preparing all paperwork and documentation associated with freight movements. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in verifying documents received in line with procedures and guidelines. You will also be responsible for updating databases accurately and efficiently, as well as providing administration support across the department. To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate knowledge of Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are also essential.
