Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Compliance Administrator to join our team. As a Compliance Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring that all paperwork and documentation associated with freight movements are accurate and up-to-date. You will also be responsible for verifying documents received in line with procedures and guidelines, updating databases efficiently, and providing administrative support across the department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date paperwork and documentation associated with freight movements.
  • Verify documents received in line with procedures and guidelines.
  • Update databases efficiently and accurately.
  • Liaise with internal business functions to provide administrative support.

Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of contacts via verbal and written forms.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with a strong attention to detail.
