Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with preparation of files and policies for audits and compliance reviews.
- Proactively support absence management processes, in accordance with the Company's sickness absence policy.
- Administer benefits programs, including management of benefits platforms and ensuring timely payments to vendors.
- Responsible for the timely and accurate administration of the UK payroll, under the direction of the HR Business Partner.
- Maintain confidentiality on all Human Resource issues while providing full administrative support to the HR team.
- Responsible for the collation of metrics and data to support decision-making, including absence, overtime, performance review completion, and development needs.
- Responsible for the administration related to onboarding and offboarding employees, including liaison with IT to facilitate efficient processing.
- Seek opportunities to innovate and automate, utilizing technology to improve HR delivery.
- Support recruitment campaigns for the UK, including assisting with job descriptions, posting roles with agencies, managing advertising, tracking responses, shortlisting candidates, and managing interview and offer processes.
About You:
- CIPD Level 3 or Business-related qualification
- Strong administrative experience
- Strong ability with Microsoft Excel (produce charts, Pivot tables, and V-look ups)
- Exposure to payroll administration
