Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Agent to join our team at The Standard in London. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their queries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Front Office Operations: Manage the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments, as well as processing payments and handling guest complaints.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management, ensuring that all interactions are professional and courteous.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven background in a customer-facing role, preferably in a hospitality or service industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and multitask.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or a related field preferred.
  • Language: Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: £28,642 per year (£13.77 per hour)
