About the Role:

The Logistics Administration Manager is a key position within the ANZ Operations team, driving excellence in execution across our warehouses in Australia and New Zealand. This role is responsible for maintaining up-to-date Accounts Payable accounts for all Logistics vendors, orchestrating and assisting in the centralization and storage of all data associated with Logistics invoices, and leading the resolution of reconciliation issues on Statements of Accounts for Logistics vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support operational excellence in maintaining accurate and up-to-date Accounts Payable accounts for all Logistics vendors.
  • Orchestrate and assist in the centralization and storage of all data associated with Logistics invoices.
  • Lead the resolution of reconciliation issues on Statements of Accounts for Logistics vendors.
  • Work jointly on continuous improvement programs with the CI Logistics Team and Warehousing teams to ensure smooth implementation without service disruption.
  • Work jointly with the Logistics Admin Team to streamline and simplify invoice processing and invoice validation.
  • Provide cross-functional collaboration to support accounts payable issue resolution where vendors are shared between business functions.
  • Liaise with Supply Chain and S&OP Finance to support and provide input into accrual, paid invoice values.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders including Financial Controllership, Heads of Distribution Centres, Supply and Operations teams, Transportation team, Procurement (local and global), GBS to rectify payment issues for Logistics vendors.

About You:

As a Logistics Administration Manager, you will be exposed to senior management, requiring excellent communication skills. Achieving results is important, but achieving results with the team is the best. You will be a great team player, sometimes a leader, sometimes a follower, but always working towards the same common goal with your teammates.

  • Accounts payable knowledge.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field.
  • Prior experience in an FMCG environment is a benefit. Experience in working with Warehouse Management Systems and Transportation Management Systems.
  • A high degree of familiarity and practice of analytical tools (such as Tableau and Power BI), and expert user in MS Excel.
  • People management experience. Strong relationship building, influence, communication.
  • Extensive experience in change management.
  • Some experience in warehouse automation (layer pickers, AGVs, automated high bay, etc.).
