Role: Strategic Contracts Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contracts Lead to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full contract lifecycle, from negotiation to execution and administration. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including program managers, engineers, and legal counsel, to ensure that contracts are compliant, accurate, and aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the negotiation and drafting of complex contracts with government agencies, commercial partners, and subcontractors.
  • Manage the full contract lifecycle, including proposal development, contract execution, administration, and closeout.
  • Provide expert advice on contractual matters to internal stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate contractual risks.
  • Develop and implement best practices for contract management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management, preferably within the defense or government contracting industry.
  • Strong understanding of contract law and principles.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
