Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional nursing care while serving as a mentor to junior team members.
  • Oversee all clinical operations within the ward, ensuring seamless collaboration among various clinical departments.
  • Enforce clinical and administrative guidelines, policies, and regulations.

Your Qualifications

  • A qualified RMN/RNLD with a current NMC pin number.
  • Dedicated to enhancing clinical service delivery through improvement strategies.
  • Experience in an inpatient environment, preferably with a background in personality disorders or acute care settings.
  • Proficient in change management, leadership initiatives, and fostering the development of others.
  • Experienced in working with service users facing personality disorders.
  • Possess qualities of openness, compassion, honesty, and resilience.
  • Able to conduct audits, develop, monitor, and ensure the completion of action plans.
  • Knowledgeable about the Mental Health Act 1983 and contemporary nursing practices.
  • Focused on patient recovery, with the ability to monitor, manage, and mitigate risks.
