Job Summary
IQVIA is seeking a driven and passionate Key Account Manager to shape and direct the Intravenous Iron landscape in the East Midlands area.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a high-quality commercial approach, maximising opportunities and investments using successful negotiation skills.
- Be involved in high-level clinical discussions around the product and its wealth of clinical data.
- Maintain a high degree of knowledge of the defined therapy areas and NHS policies (both local and national) by proactively reviewing their current positions and providing solutions where appropriate.
- Work autonomously and independently to drive sales, with full accountability for the sales of the product.
Requirements
- Experience working autonomously to achieve targets in secondary care.
- A proven track record of sales representative/KAM experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Cardiovascular or nephrology experience is essential.
- Degree in Life Sciences or equivalent.
- ABPI qualification.
- A high level of selling, commercial acumen, and negotiating skills.
- The ability to develop positive relationships with all business partners.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the product, disease area, and customer environment, including the NHS budgetary and planning processes.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
