Join a leading distributor of electrical products and solution providers with a strong focus on talent development and internal progression. We are seeking a sales-focused individual to become a Field Sales Representative covering a designated area:

  • Competitive salary and performance-based bonus scheme

  • Contracted to 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday – shifts between 07:00 – 17:00

As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining excellent relationships with a wide range of customers, building rapport, and identifying areas for growth and targeting new business opportunities. You will work closely with branch managers to implement a successful sales plan and receive product training and guidance from the area sales manager to ensure your success in this role.

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving license is essential
  • A flexible approach and ability to work under pressure
  • Experience in a sales or target-driven role
