Billing Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure billing protocols are established and documentation is completed as per guidelines
  • Oversee draft invoices and preliminary bills, follow up for approvals, and monitor billing status
  • Cultivate relationships with stakeholders to address their billing requirements
  • Maintain a comprehensive record of write-off submissions
  • Support stakeholders with case management tasks
  • Develop and implement new procedures and offer training sessions
  • Review and prepare cases for invoicing
  • Generate and finalize invoices within the system

Systems Utilized

  • Employ 3e for case management, invoicing, and inquiries

Skills and Qualifications

Essential

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Experience with Elite 3e is advantageous
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Capability to work in a remote environment
