Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced International Billing Coordinator to join our team at The London Clinic. As an International Billing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our international billing process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in billing purchaser invoices via their online portals within the agreed billing time frame.
  • Collate all necessary paperwork and provide it to the purchaser to support and fulfill the billing process.
  • Provide an exceptional level of customer service support to international department and engender loyalty by being courteous, knowledgeable, available, and efficient.
  • Maintain a robust approach to data quality and patient confidentiality.
  • Update the patient account with the billing details.
  • Liaise with internal finance team and other hospital departments.
Requirements
  • Experience charging and raising invoices.
  • Experience and understanding of the patient referrals process and the GOP/LOG process.
  • The ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
  • Excellent telephone manner and demonstrate a proactive, flexible approach to customer care.
  • Evidence of good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be a friendly and flexible team player/unsupervised.
  • Possess good IT skills. Familiar with CWS system.
