About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at Nuffield Health's Weston-super-Mare FWC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our club, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the club, ensuring a high-quality experience for our members.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our members, identifying opportunities to build rapport and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the health and safety of our members and staff, resolving any issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Conduct tours for prospective new members, showcasing the benefits of our club and promoting our services.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
