About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at Nuffield Health's Weston-super-Mare FWC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our club, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage our team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain high-quality standards
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and member engagement
  • Oversee health and safety, ensuring a safe and secure environment for our members and staff
  • Conduct tours and presentations to prospective new members, showcasing the benefits of our club
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and support the growth of our club
