About the Role:

Nuffield Health is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at our Weston-super-Mare Fitness and Wellbeing Club. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our club, delivering exceptional customer service, and contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the club, ensuring that all areas are running efficiently and effectively.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our members, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate our team of colleagues, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver excellent service.
  • Sales and Marketing: Conduct tours of the club for prospective new members, highlighting the benefits and features of our facilities and services.
  • Health and Safety: Oversee the health and safety of our members and staff, ensuring that all necessary procedures are in place to prevent accidents and incidents.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth and success.
