We are looking for a skilled and committed Construction Project Coordinator with a background in industrial services and scaffolding, ready to oversee small-scale projects.

Your primary responsibilities will include site supervision, ensuring that scaffolding initiatives are executed with the utmost attention to health and safety standards in a nuclear setting.

This role encompasses the planning, execution, and finalization of scaffolding projects, ensuring compliance with client requirements, safety regulations, and timely delivery within budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enforce rigorous adherence to health and safety protocols, conducting frequent site inspections and risk evaluations.
  • Plan, manage, and supervise scaffolding projects from start to finish on nuclear sites, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
  • Oversee on-site operations, ensuring all activities align with health and safety regulations, particularly those pertinent to nuclear environments.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for clients, providing consistent updates on project status, addressing any issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Implement and uphold quality control measures to guarantee that all work meets established standards and specifications.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, risk assessments, and safety records.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and company policies throughout all project phases.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in site/project management within the industrial services sector, particularly in scaffolding for nuclear applications.
  • Possession of professional certifications such as SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) and CSCS Black Card.
  • Thorough understanding of scaffolding methodologies, nuclear safety protocols, and applicable UK regulations.
