Key Responsibilities

Prepare, cook, and present top-quality meals for the restaurant and therapeutic diets for in-patients. Create dishes for Trust Hospitality and various special occasions. Support food service operations in the restaurant as needed. Adapt to additional tasks relevant to the role that contribute to the efficient operation of the kitchen and related areas.

Qualifications

Level 2 Food Safety Certification City & Guilds 706/1&2 or NVQ equivalent

HACCP awareness certification
