Key Responsibilities- Business Intelligence
- Develop and implement complex analytical tasks to support business decision-making
- Ensure regular reports are accurately maintained and undertake regular audits to ensure reporting remains fit for purpose

- Relationship Management
- Regularly meet with the Care Group leadership team to understand their business priorities and offer analytical support

- Manage allocated staff, including recruitment, induction, setting workload priorities, delegating tasks, day-to-day management, monitoring performance, carrying out appraisals, identifying training needs, facilitating staff personal development, acting as lead specialist, and maintaining professional standards
- Plan, prioritize, and coordinate staff on-going and project workload to achieve team and section objectives within agreed timescales
Qualifications
- A good honours degree in a relevant subject
- Masters or equivalent in a relevant subject
Skills
- Analyse data for information and/or performance measurement
- Deploy problem-solving skills to work with stakeholders to define requirements for analytical work
- Statistical methodologies and data modelling concepts
- Generate and communicate insight verbally, visually, and in writing to a range of end users of varied data literacy

- Advanced leadership skills, including the ability to form excellent relationships with a range of stakeholders
- High standard of written, verbal, and data-driven communication skills
