Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic IT department at In Technology Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with hardware, software, and network systems
  • Collaborate with our IT team to identify and implement process improvements
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their technical needs are met

Requirements:

  • Strong technical knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure AD, Office 365, and networking fundamentals
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Desirable: experience with Hyper-V, VOIP, and MSP
