Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to join our team at Smart Recruit IT. As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and respond to IT issues and requests from clients and internal stakeholders
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and applications
- Oversee regular system checks and maintenance procedures to ensure optimal system functionality
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve IT processes
Requirements:
- Experience in a network/IT field with a strong understanding of general printing, backup, antivirus, and security principles
- Confident in dealing with stakeholders at all levels, including technical and non-technical individuals
- Ability to troubleshoot Windows, Windows Servers, O365, and AD
- Experience with help desk systems and service desk management
- Full driver's license and access to a vehicle (for occasional on-site visits)
