Position Overview

An exciting opportunity has emerged for a dedicated and enthusiastic Lead Advanced Nurse Practitioner specializing in Geriatric Care to influence the future of elderly patient management within a newly established Ambulatory Emergency Care Unit. This role is pivotal in enhancing the quality of care for frail patients.

We are looking for a full-time candidate who is passionate about advancing the Geriatric Service and thrives in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. A strong background in elderly care or community health, along with a relevant advanced qualification, is essential for this position. Candidates must also hold an independent prescribing license and demonstrate ongoing professional development.
