Maplebrook Care Home is seeking an experienced Registered General Nurse to join our night team. As a key member of our care home, you will provide high-quality nursing care to residents on our mental health and dementia floors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized care to residents, addressing their physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Assist in the management of the care home environment, maintaining and improving clinical standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to the creation of a supportive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements:
- Current RGN qualification and valid PIN.
- Recent experience working with patients with complex mental health conditions, dementia, and general nursing.
- Excellent clinical assessment skills, including recognition of deteriorating patients and escalation of concerns.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Evidence of ongoing professional development and a commitment to lifelong learning.
