We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales professional to join our team at Quay Recruit as a Business Development Manager. This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing and ambitious Asset Finance Broker.
This position involves converting customers who currently fund asset purchases via brokers to our business and securing two-year exclusivity agreements. You will also be responsible for winning new customers outside of our existing customer base in target markets such as Plant Hire, Car & Van Hire, Haulage, Agriculture, and Manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Convert customers to our business and secure two-year exclusivity agreements
- Win new customers in target markets
- Become the dominant finance broker in target markets within 5 years
- Self-generate and work with warm leads
Requirements:
- Previous Sales or Telesales experience in B2B
- Excellent telephone manners and organisational skills
- Grounded individual with strong relationship-building skills
- Experience using and maintaining a live CRM system, preferably Zoho
- Strong IT skills, including Email, Word, and Excel
- Experience working within FCA regulated Sales guidelines
What We Offer:
- Basic salary of up to £30,000 + uncapped bonus earnings
- Hybrid and remote working options (3 days in the office and 2 days from home)
