About the Role

We are seeking an experienced luxury travel advisor with a strong background in high-end travel sales. Your Mission

As a dedicated consultant, you will be responsible for delivering unparalleled travel experiences to our esteemed members. Your role will involve establishing meaningful relationships with clients, providing exceptional service, and leveraging your sales expertise and product knowledge to meet their travel needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering outstanding customer service to members across various regions.
  • Handling travel requests via phone and email in both Arabic and English, including flights, accommodations, and exclusive services for premium clients.
  • Creating customized travel proposals and managing all necessary documentation, including visa applications.
  • Promoting additional lifestyle services related to travel inquiries and exclusive events.
  • Conducting thorough research to develop tailored travel solutions.
  • Collaborating with trusted suppliers to ensure the best service for our members.
  • Maintaining accurate records and profiles for our clientele.
  • Representing the brand and promoting our concierge services effectively.
  • Building rapport and trust with members to enhance their experience.
  • Demonstrating initiative and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Qualifications

Essential Skills & Attributes:

  • Arabic-speaking candidates currently residing in the UK are preferred.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
  • Experience in hospitality, tourism, or customer service within a luxury context.
  • Familiarity with ultra-high-net-worth individuals.
  • Comprehensive local and international travel knowledge.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient online research capabilities.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and a passion for customer service.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.

Work Environment
