We are a global luxury leader in on-site Concierge & Travel Solutions, seeking a talented individual to join our team in London as a Junior Travel Consultant.

**The Role**

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Luxury Experience Designer to handle the entire booking process from start to finish, working closely with suppliers, luxury travel agencies, and high-end advisors.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Handle ground operations, hotels, villas, events, tickets, experiences, and local suppliers, maintaining regular contact with clients and suppliers to ensure total satisfaction.

• Create new and exciting ideas and proposals to promote and quote to existing accounts and clients from different countries.

• Collaborate with the Senior Team to resolve any client complaints quickly and efficiently.

• Develop expertise in our CRM system, BeConcierge, and utilize effective sales/questioning techniques to close sales, reaching and exceeding sales targets.

• Monitor and communicate client feedback.

**Requirements**

• Fluency in English.

• Passion for Luxury Travel and Lifestyle.

• Good knowledge of destinations in the UK.

• Demonstrated commitment and motivation.

• Ability to work under significant pressure.

• Strong knowledge of pricing/costing and quick math ability.

• Prior experience in the travel industry and a university background in travel or hospitality.

• This includes but is not limited to tour operators, travel agencies, incentive or wedding planners, hotel reservations, concierge companies, family offices, or other sales roles in luxury hotels and the travel industry.

• Macbook and iPhone provided.

• Salary starts from GBP 29,000 / GBP 34,000 annum, plus great incentives depending on seniority.
