Key Responsibilities- Provide expert application of Pat McGrath Lab cosmetics products from everyday looks to special events
- Assist clients with product knowledge, makeup applications, and purchases with the brand and throughout the store
- Maintain specialized product knowledge and reinforce Pat McGrath application techniques with your team
- Accountable for achieving sales goals and maintaining consistent and regular appointment bookings
- Analyze sales and create strategies with management to consistently meet and exceed goals
- Share your knowledge to provide our customers with exceptional and personalized service
- Work as part of a team focused on creating a memorable customer experience
- Manage customer feedback and use it constructively to continually raise the bar for service, sales, and retail standards
- Adapt to the challenges that vary from day to day and be flexible in your role
- Use your natural curiosity to stay ahead of the latest trends and expand your knowledge of products and competitors
- Own the planning and delivery of in-store events
- Lead masterclasses and trainings both one-to-one and to a group
- Replenish stock as needed and maintain a clean and attractive counter
- Build a clientele and a loyal repeat customer base
- Understand and follow health, safety, and security procedures
- Ensure compliance with all store policies and procedures
- Champion our company culture and values
- Experienced Lead Makeup Artist with a minimum of 3 years' experience
- Ability to perform high-quality makeup applications that align with the brand service menu
- Confidently connects artistry and education to sales
- Social/digital portfolio of work with a significant following preferred
- Comprehensive knowledge of current beauty trends and latest products
- A great communicator and able to positively engage with all customers
- Well-informed and able to develop excellent product knowledge
- Known to be a sales and service expert
- Flexible and responsive to business needs
- A confident coach and self-driven to upskill and learn
- Able to work retail hours on a 20h part-time basis, including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Basic salary £28,256 pro rata
