Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Lead Makeup Artist to join our team at our Flannels Flagship store in Sheffield. As a Lead Makeup Artist, you will be responsible for providing expert makeup applications, assisting clients with product knowledge and sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge and application techniques.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert makeup applications using Pat McGrath Labs products
  • Assist clients with product knowledge and sales
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and application techniques
  • Accountable for achieving sales goals and maintaining consistent appointment bookings
  • Analyze sales and create strategies with management to meet and exceed goals
  • Share knowledge with colleagues to provide exceptional customer service
  • Work as part of a team to create a memorable customer experience
  • Manage customer feedback and use it to improve service and sales
  • Adapt to changing circumstances and take on additional responsibilities as needed
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and products
  • Plan and deliver in-store events
  • Lead masterclasses and training sessions
  • Replenish stock and maintain a clean and attractive store environment
  • Build a loyal customer base and promote the brand
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security procedures

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Lead Makeup Artist
  • Ability to perform high-quality makeup applications
  • Confident communication and sales skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of current beauty trends and products
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events
