The Opportunity

Due to our continued growth, we are seeking talented Business Development Specialists to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving new business generation and fostering strong client relationships within our Care and Dental sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve ambitious growth targets within the assigned sectors.
  • Identify and prospect potential clients, building rapport and understanding their training needs.
  • Present our comprehensive range of training solutions in a compelling and persuasive manner.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing ongoing support and identifying opportunities for expansion.
