We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team at IQVIA. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for selling our clients' stapling and energy devices to key stakeholders in secondary care.
Key Responsibilities- Sales and Business Development: Showcase our products to key customers and stakeholders in secondary care while building enduring connections.
- Territory Management: Craft comprehensive business plans for your territory, pinpointing growth opportunities as a priority.
- Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and enhance customer accounts, taking ownership of the relationship between the company and the customer.
- Network Development: Develop strong networks of relationships to identify mutually beneficial sales opportunities.
- Brand Representation: Present compelling brand value propositions and innovative solutions to influence purchasing behaviours.
- Account Analysis: Analyse and interpret account strategies and plans, harnessing key systems and data to uncover customer needs.
- Exceptional Influencing and Business Partnering Skills: Exceptional influencing and business partnering skills.
- Trust Building and Consultation: The ability to build trust with customers and consult in a manner that sets you apart.
- Product Knowledge: Proficiency in using the company's selling tools and a deep well of clinical expertise in procedures and product knowledge.
