About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at Revlon. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and customer satisfaction in the Midlands region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our customer base and increasing market share.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sales efforts with company goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of sales experience, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of sales success, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and provide insights.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
