About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team in the Midlands region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including recruiting new customers and expanding existing relationships.
  • Provide technical support and training to customers on our products and services.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of sales experience, preferably in a similar sector.
  • Complementary sales training desirable.
  • User computer skills.
  • Full Driving License.
