We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an HR Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR Department in ensuring a high-performing team and a fast and efficient service is provided within the practice.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the HR Department, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, processing paperwork, and responding to correspondence.
- Assist with recruitment and selection processes, including designing and writing job adverts, preparing interviewer assessment packs, and sending out relevant information to new starters.
- Support the HR team in developing and maintaining HR policies, procedures, and the Employee Handbook.
- Provide training and development support to employees, including administering training, providing training reports, and identifying and raising training issues.
- Collect and analyze information in relation to staff surveys, produce and analyze reports from the HR system, and provide monthly HR reports for the Management Board.
- Ensure that all HR systems and staff records are accurately maintained, and that all documentation complies with current Holderness Health policies.
- Good standard of general education (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent)
- CIPD qualified to Level 3 or equivalent
- HR system skills and knowledge
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Able to effectively manage own workload and meet deadlines
This role will involve working in a busy and demanding environment, delivering a high-quality customer-focused service. You will be required to work across all Holderness Health sites and be able to build and sustain relationships at all levels.
This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.
The salary for this role is £11.44 to £12.46 an hour in line with Holderness Health Pay Policy.
