Role Overview
As a member of our customer support team, you will serve as the initial point of contact, providing expert advice and technical assistance to our clientele. Our dedicated product support specialists are adept at troubleshooting and are intimately familiar with our offerings from day one.
- Providing precise technical support for products to installers or customers through various communication channels including phone, email, or webchat.
- Managing sales inquiries and processing returns efficiently.
