Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurate maintenance and administration of HR systems and benefits
  • Support the Talent & Acquisition Lead with recruitment activities
  • Manage the HR inbox and screen incoming calls
  • Report monthly HR metrics for the HR department
  • Provide administrative support across all areas of HR
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of Acro's HR policies and procedures
  • Provide first-line support and guidance to employees and people managers on HR matters
  • Maximise the efficiency of available HR reporting tools
  • Ensure HR systems are up to date and audited in line with GDPR requirements
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar HR-related role
  • Strong working knowledge of HR best practice
  • Solid academic background (HR-related qualification desirable)
  • Proficient in the use of HR Information Systems and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems is an advantage
