Acro Aircraft Seating is a leading manufacturer of passenger seats for commercial airlines, seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team.
About the RoleWe are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to our HR department. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing HR systems, and providing excellent customer service to employees and management.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee files and benefits information
- Manage HR systems, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including responding to employee inquiries and resolving HR-related issues
- Assist with recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers
- Develop and maintain an understanding of Acro's HR policies, procedures, and processes
- Provide accurate and timely reporting to management on HR metrics and trends
- Previous experience in an HR-related role, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong working knowledge of HR best practices and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with employees at all levels
- High levels of attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Proficient in the use of HR information systems and Microsoft Office
