Financial Operations Coordinator

Job Summary
The Financial Operations Coordinator is a key role in the finance department of Page Personnel Finance, responsible for maintaining the financial records of the company and carrying out all bookkeeping duties. This role requires a high level of accuracy and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining and updating financial records, including ledgers, journals, and accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Assisting with budget preparation and financial forecasting
- Overseeing bookkeeping activities, including data entry and reconciliations
- Processing invoices and payments, including credit card transactions and wire transfers
- Assisting with audits and fiscal planning, including financial statement preparation and analysis
- Preparing monthly financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements
- Ensuring compliance with all financial regulations, including tax laws and accounting standards
- Responding to finance-related queries from management and staff
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Financial Operations Coordinator or similar role
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software, including QuickBooks and Xero
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, including GAAP and IFRS
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent numerical skills, including math and analytical skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, including meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks
- Strong communication and organizational skills, including written and verbal communication
