About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to support our team at Reed. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our financial services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update client records, ensuring accuracy and currency of all information
- Handle client inquiries and deliver exceptional customer service
- Support financial advisors with financial software and tools for client reports, investment reviews, and financial plans
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Process documentation for new business applications, transfers, and other financial transactions
- Maintain client databases with a focus on data integrity and confidentiality
- Generate reports on client portfolios, investment performance, and other key metrics
- Coordinate between financial advisors, clients, and third-party providers to ensure smooth operations
- Stay informed on financial products, software updates, and regulatory changes
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a financial administration role within a financial advisory or wealth management
- Understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
