About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to support our team at Reed. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our financial services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update client records, ensuring accuracy and currency of all information
  • Handle client inquiries and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Support financial advisors with financial software and tools for client reports, investment reviews, and financial plans
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Process documentation for new business applications, transfers, and other financial transactions
  • Maintain client databases with a focus on data integrity and confidentiality

Requirements
