Contract Director

Speedy Hire Plc is seeking an experienced Contract Director to lead our operations, drive strategic growth, and ensure our continued success in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Strategic Vision: Develop and implement the company's strategic vision and business plans, setting long-term goals and objectives for the company.
- Oversee Daily Operations: Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to required standards.
- Financial Performance: Oversee financial performance, including revenue generation, profitability, and cost control.
- Project Management: Supervise project managers and ensure successful project delivery.
- Quality Control: Monitor project progress, quality, and compliance with contractual obligations.
- Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop the management team and staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Risk Management: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, legal requirements, and company policies, identifying and managing risks associated with company operations and projects.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control processes, ensuring that all work meets industry standards and client expectations.
- Accountability: Accountable for the successful delivery of projects, meeting deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Company Performance: Accountable for the overall performance of the company, including financial results, operational efficiency, and market growth, and delivery of excellent customer service.
- Client Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and long-term client relationships, addressing and resolving any client issues or complaints effectively.
