About the Role

  • Lead and mentor a team of talented recruitment professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Drive business development and client relationship management, building strong partnerships to ensure continued success.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align recruitment efforts with overall business goals, contributing to the company's strategic direction.
  • Implement cutting-edge sourcing methods and recruitment technologies, staying at the forefront of industry best practices.
