Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the successful delivery of key contracts, ensuring they meet client expectations and align with company objectives.
- Develop and implement the company's strategic vision and business plans, setting long-term goals and objectives.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to required standards.
- Monitor project progress, quality, and compliance with contractual obligations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the management team and staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, legal requirements, and company policies, identifying and managing risks associated with company operations and projects.
- Implement and maintain quality control processes, ensuring all work meets industry standards and client expectations.
- Accountable for the successful delivery of projects, meeting deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Accountable for the overall performance of the company, including financial results, operational efficiency, and market growth, and delivery of excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- A strong background in managing operations, finances, and client relationships within the plant/tool hire industry.
- Commercially astute and performance-focused to ensure people strategy is aligned to support company growth.
