Position Overview:
Are you an experienced Mechanical Reliability Engineer seeking a rewarding role in the manufacturing sector? This is a permanent, full-time opportunity offering a competitive salary of £30,000 along with a performance-based bonus.

Key Responsibilities:
Your main duties will include:
  • Responding to equipment failures and operational challenges.
  • Executing scheduled maintenance tasks to reduce interruptions in production.
  • Evaluating machinery to carry out maintenance plans and troubleshoot issues.
  • Creating a secure work environment and liaising with machine operators to gather insights on operational discrepancies.
  • Performing necessary repairs on equipment and guiding operators in testing machinery post-maintenance.

Qualifications:
To thrive in this position, you should possess:
  • A solid background in mechanical maintenance.
  • A comprehensive understanding of Health and Safety regulations.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Salary: £30,000 per annum, plus bonus.
  • Working Hours: 39 hours per week, with shifts from 6:00 am to 2:15 pm, Monday to Thursday, and 6:00 am to 1:00 pm on Fridays.
  • Holidays: Enjoy 25 days of annual leave, in addition to bank holidays.
  • Pension: Contribute to a pension scheme with life cover equivalent to three times your basic salary.
