Employer Partnership Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at LT Selection. As an Employer Partnership Consultant, you will play a key role in expanding our first-class employer engagement team by identifying and securing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify new business leads and opportunities for growth in the North West and Yorkshire regions.
  • Develop and implement targeted sales strategies and promotional campaigns to drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local organizations and decision-makers to secure new business opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional levels of information and advice to clients regarding training solutions and related funding opportunities.
  • Account manage positive long-term customer relationships to maximize opportunities for repeat business.
  • Maximize work experience placement and progression opportunities for learners.
  • Attend employer-facing events and develop close working relationships with local organizations.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of achieving results and exceeding targets in a B2B business development or sales role.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and relationship-building.
