About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Neonatal Nurse Specialist to join our team at NHS Professionals Limited. As a Registered Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and identify nursing problems and needs in partnership with families and caregivers.
  • Recognize and respond to vulnerable children in accordance with Trust policy, seeking support from senior staff as needed.
  • Attend deliveries and safely transport and admit infants to the Special Care Baby Unit (SCBU).
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 6 months paid experience in a Neonatal Unit within the last 2 years.
  • Compliance with NMC Professional Registration and current nursing practices.
