Position Overview:
Educational Office Coordinator

Teach360 is in search of a skilled Educational Office Coordinator to become an integral part of our team. This full-time role is designed for the academic year and involves collaboration with the Office Manager and the Senior Leadership Team (SLT).

Primary Duties:

Administrative Assistance:
Support daily office operations, which include managing attendance records, overseeing visitor access, and responding to inquiries from parents.

Effective Communication:
Handle incoming calls, coordinate with SLT members, and facilitate smooth communication throughout the educational institution.

Office Coordination:
Employ the School Information Management System (SIMS) and perform general office tasks such as organizing files and maintaining digital records.

Qualifications:

Experience:
Demonstrated experience in a similar role as an Educational Office Coordinator, with a strong command of SIMS.

Skills:
Excellent telephone etiquette, strong organizational capabilities, and proficiency in computer applications. Additional administrative skills are advantageous.
