About the Role
Kings Priory School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Out-of-School Club Supervisor to join our team. This position offers flexible hours, allowing you to balance your work commitments with other priorities.
This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about working with children and have experience in childcare settings such as playgroups or youth organizations. We encourage candidates with expertise in sports, dance, or creative activities to apply.
Your Responsibilities:- Create a safe and nurturing environment where children feel secure and supported.
- Plan and deliver engaging activities that cater to the diverse interests of children.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ensure adherence to high standards of care and safeguarding policies.
Out-of-School Club staff are required to cover the holiday club's operating hours, which are 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. You will be expected to work your regular hours during designated school holidays, including February, May, and October half terms, the second week of Easter, and four weeks during the summer break.
Holiday hours will be compensated as overtime on top of your annual salary.
Annual Leave:This role includes 7 weeks of annual leave per year, divided as follows:
- 2 weeks at Christmas
- 1 week at Easter
- 3 weeks during the Summer
- 1 week during the October break
This leave is in addition to days you will not be working during the holiday clubs.
