The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Out of School Club Assistant.
This part-time position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work with children in a fun and safe environment.
As a Teaching Assistant or Teacher looking for additional hours, this role is ideal for those who desire a part-time environment with the ability to work with children.
Candidates must hold a relevant childcare qualification and have experience working in a classroom or out of school club setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and well-being of children aged 4-11 years old
- Provide positive feedback to parents and carers
- Work collaboratively with the team to deliver a high-quality provision
Holiday Hours
Out of School Club Staff are required to cover the opening times of the holiday club, which are 8:00am - 6:00pm.
During holiday periods, you will be required to work at least 2 days a week, in line with your usual weekly contracted hours.
Hours worked during the holidays will be paid as additional overtime on top of your annual salary.
Annual Leave
The role includes 7 weeks annual leave per year, as detailed below:
2 weeks at Christmas, 1 week at Easter, 3 weeks during the Summer, and 1 week during the October break.
