About the Role

We're looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Team Leader. As a key member of our store team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and leading by example.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly and welcoming service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Develop and coach your team to achieve their full potential, fostering a positive and inclusive culture
  • Ensure the store remains safe, secure, and fully operational, adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Manage stock accuracy and diligence checks to provide a seamless shopping experience for customers
  • Support the Store Manager in their absence, taking on additional responsibilities and tasks as needed
  • Lead the introduction of new products and services, working closely with your team to implement change and encourage open feedback
  • Build relationships with local community groups and support the Store Manager in delivering the Co-op community plan
