Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our retail team in Southport, United Kingdom. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the store's day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet and assist customers with product selection, provide product knowledge and advice, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Store Operations: Maintain the store's visual presentation, stock levels, and ensure a clean and tidy store environment.
- Sales and Revenue: Meet or exceed sales targets set by the store management and operate the cash register and handle transactions efficiently.
Requirements:
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in retail or customer service is desirable.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Flexibility: Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays, and adapt to changing store conditions.
- Basic IT Skills: Basic IT skills for till and stock management systems.
